What this policy covers

This policy covers Apps 4 That Studio, app.apps4that.com, account and billing services, and shared checkout or support features operated by Apps 4 That LLC. Individual apps may publish additional privacy notices for their own app-specific data flows.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as name, email, sign-in status, and plan.
• Project, app, and workflow content you choose to enter into Studio features.
• Checkout and entitlement records needed to unlock paid access.
• Support and communication records when you email or otherwise contact us.
• Aggregate, cookie-free analytics events about page views and product usage.

Payments

Stripe processes payments and manages card data. Apps 4 That LLC does not receive or store full card numbers. We receive payment status, subscription status, invoice timing, and entitlement information needed to provide access and send billing notices.

Email and renewal reminders

We may use Resend or another email provider to send account, verification, transactional, renewal reminder, and consented product-audience messages. Marketing messages require consent where required and include an unsubscribe path. Billing and account emails may still be sent when needed to operate the service.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free page and event counts. We do not use ad tracking pixels, third-party behavioral advertising cookies, or fingerprinting on the Apps 4 That platform.

AI features

Studio and app coach features may send your prompt and relevant app context to an AI provider such as Anthropic to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal, legal, medical, financial, or credential information unless a specific app expressly says that data type is supported and protected for that purpose.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the platform, including Vercel for hosting, database providers for account and app data, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Plausible for analytics, GitHub for source and operational records, and AI providers for optional coach features. Providers process information only as needed for their role.

How we use information

• To provide accounts, projects, apps, checkout, support, and paid access.
• To prevent abuse, debug incidents, maintain security, and improve reliability.
• To send account, billing, renewal, and support messages.
• To improve product design using aggregate analytics and direct feedback.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to run the platform, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transaction involving Apps 4 That LLC. Cross-app product audience messages are sent only under the consent and unsubscribe rules described above.

Retention and deletion

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Children

Apps 4 That Studio is not directed to children under 13. Some family-oriented apps may help adults organize child or household logistics; those apps will publish specific privacy boundaries for the data they collect.
